This individual is a mindful and detail-oriented leader with minimum three years experience in management. Retail-savvy facilitator looking for a dynamic role to connect with customers employees alike. Able to multi-task and work collaboratively to find environmental solutions.
This is a full-time seasonal position responsible for planning, directing and executing the overall operations and profitability of a blossoming garden center. Leads and motivates their team members to ensure delighted customers and healthy plants. Creates unique displays and venues to drive sales and inspire customers. Shares in the vision to create edible gardens, pollinator-friendly habitats and embraces sustainable gardening practices. A unique opportunity to establish an up-and-coming retail center focused on innovative, cutting-edge and ecological landscaping features. Combines skills of merchandising, management, communication and problem-solving.
